The App may automatically collect limited technical data through Apple's standard frameworks for app stability and diagnostics:

4. Data Storage
All notes, checklists, templates, custom emojis, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We use iOS App Groups to share data between the main app and the Lock Screen widget extension. No data is transmitted to any external server.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.
Subscription management, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
6. Live Activities and Notifications
The App uses iOS Live Activities to display your notes on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. This feature requires your permission, which you can manage in iOS Settings. No notification data is sent to external servers.
7. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use any third-party services that collect your data.
8. Tracking
We do not track you. The App does not use the AppTrackingTransparency framework because we do not perform any tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.
9. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it persists until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and is then deleted.
10. Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data on any server, there is no user data for us to access, modify, or delete on our end. All your data is under your control on your device.
